I was a little apprehensive at first about touring with a new bus company since I was pleased with the company that Troika toured with in the past, but I must commend you on the quality of your bus and your quick response to accommodating our needs while on the road. Its helped me tremendously on the road to have complete faith that our transportation needs are so well met.

The outstanding reason that such goodwill has developed between this traveling company and Arrow Stage Lines, however, is your driver Ellis Hestand. We feel we’ve snagged the best for our tour. His work ethic, knowledge of the roads, quiet dignity, sense of humor and utter unflappability under pressure has endeared him to the company to an extent I have not seen before on any of my previous tours. He projects warmth, strength and security to the children and parents we have on this tour. They haven’t stopped talking about him even during this layoff and look forward to his return.
