Arrow Entertainer Ushers In Tour Bus Number Five

Arrow Entertainer Ushers In Tour Bus Number Five

It’s hard to believe, only two years ago, Arrow Entertainer launched in Kansas City, MO. As a result of consistent improvement, strong, oil touring customers and an unrelenting drive to deliver better service, the entertainer tour bus provider has added the newest addition to the fleet. Announcing the release of Shadow, a full-size, 12-bunk, custom entertainer with slide-out. Shadow is a precision blend of luxury, space and amenities. The name, Shadow, derives from the sleek exterior appearance of the entertainer coach. The black-out exterior has been a recent cornerstone for the growing entertainer tour bus provider. “I can see how this could be perceived as a trend,” said Arrow Stage Lines and Arrow Entertainer COO, Luke Busskohl. “But we may vary colors in the future. We like the luxury feel of a black entertainer, but we like the ability to be creative in the future too.” The interior takes the luxury specs from previous Arrow Entertainer models and brings in some new modifications that elevate the interior experience. A large emphasis has been placed on display technology with this design. This includes new flat screen monitors with even sharper imagery, and accurate contouring to create even more space inside the entertainer bus. Alex Busskohl, Arrow Stage Lines and Arrow Entertainer Corporate Operations Specialist, joined the Product Development team in mid-2016. Alex focuses primarily on the client experience, and is passionate about continuing to make design improvements on the interior of the coach. “It has always been about the experience for our customers,” said Alex. “With advancements in technology, materials and lighting, we feel it is necessary to keep improving...

The company continues to make strides in improving safety by leveraging technology, and a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. Not only does the company remain true to its core, but it has been quietly making an impact on the world we live in.   “We feel it is our duty to help make the world a better place for years to come,” said Arrow Stage Lines’ COO Luke Busskohl. “We try and make a positive impact for the future of our world through a number of different initiatives.”  Motorcoach travel has always been one of the most efficient ways to travel. In fact, to-date, every Arrow Stage Lines’ driver has completed this training and is required to pursue a number of continuing education requirements throughout their employment.  “It is important that we continue to improve our practices to not only provide better customer service, but also use that knowledge to ensure we are doing our jobs to best of our abilities,” said Arrow Stage Lines’ Director of Safety & Risk, Tim...
